Principle:            

According to the principle of cold catalysis, water is produced by the reaction of oxygen and hydrogen in the catalytic chamber of the catalyst in a closed system, and oxygen is consumed to form an anaerobic environment.

Technical parameters:            

10mm polyacrylic acid (acrylic acid) material guarantees good light transmittance, insulation and corrosion resistance, excellent annealing process, the structure does not deform for ten years.           

Nude-handed operating system, the chamber can be placed as many as 240 90 mm Petri dishes, while ensuring sufficient operating space, completely as a culture room can be placed as many as 400 90 mm Petri dishes; can be placed as many as 30 500 ml triangular bottles, or 50 250 ml triangular bottles; can be placed as many as 70 250 ml reagent bottles or 50 500 ml reagent bottles; can be placed ultra-high. Over 50 homogeneous bags.           

Unique multi-function porthole transfer system, divided into external doors and internal doors, easy to operate and transfer samples within the operator, saving gas consumption, can transfer up to 20 dishes at the same time, two operating ports with gas switches, operating a single operating port;            

Standard external vacuum pump for the porthole vacuum and inflation; double-key pedal switch to control the vacuum and inflation process. The two porthole transfer systems have air intake lock switches, which can be operated by a single porthole.            

Temperature control: room temperature + 1-52 C, PT100 temperature sensor, temperature stability 0.1 C, temperature uniformity 0.6 C            

Humidity control: Built-in digital display humidity controller, built-in humidity sensor, can set humidity and display the current humidity value, double fan type automatic cooling electronic dehumidifier, no desiccant, internal condensate from peristaltic pump to the outside of the cavity, evaporation on the evaporating paper, without additional maintenance.            

No need to open the operation port, just press the Commission key to initialize, long buzzer sound for 75 minutes to initialize (big breath), short buzzer sound for 20 minutes to initialize (small breath).            

The catalyst ensures oxygen free state and keeps the internal oxygen concentration <5ppm. It does not require high temperature activation before use. It can last for more than two years.            

Detoxifiers are used to remove growth inhibitors of anaerobic bacteria such as hydrogen sulfide and volatile fatty acids and prolong the service life of catalysts            

Optional drawer type single dish transfer system to facilitate rapid transfer of a small number of samples.            

The Lift-off upper cover is integrally separable and can be disassembled manually without tools. It is convenient for thorough cleaning and transfer of large amounts of samples or large instruments.            

Light source: Standard LED lights, optional top fluorescent components.            

The internal positive pressure is controlled at 1 cm water column, and the one-way relief valve ensures the internal positive pressure to prevent oxygen from entering the cavity outside.            

The top overall transparent design provides excellent vision for work and cultivation, and the internal spotlight makes extremely small colonies easily visible.            4 sets of instrument and integral handling holes to facilitate the movement and movement of instruments.            

Optional internal power outlet to facilitate the use of small experimental instruments in incubators.           

Anaerobic indicator pump with magnetron switch is optional, indicating oxygen concentration can be as low as 700 ppm (blue to colorless), which is convenient to observe whether the chamber is anaerobic or not.            

Aseptic control inside the box: formaldehyde fumigation or sodium hypochlorite wipe.            

Gas supply: double bottle supply, nitrogen cylinder and anaerobic mixture gas, anaerobic mixture gas composition: 10% H2, 10% CO2, 80% N2
