Principle:            

According to the principle of cold catalysis, water is produced by the reaction of oxygen and hydrogen in the catalytic chamber of the catalyst in a closed system, and oxygen is consumed to form an anaerobic environment.

Case Material: The transparent part of the box is made of 10mm polyacrylic resin (acrylic acid) to ensure good light transmission, insulation and corrosion resistance, excellent annealing process, the structure is not deformed for ten years, modern ergonomics design.

Based on PLC programmable logic control system, the instrument adopts 7 inch color LCD touch screen operation interface. The alarm and status information are clearly displayed on the touch screen. The main parameters are displayed in large font, easy to observe, beautiful and practical. At the same time, four different levels of user password and one engineer password can be set.            

The sleeveless A35 anaerobic workstation has a patented sleeveless operating port, no gloves, no sleeves completely bare-handed operation, no vacuum nitrogen filling, direct bare-handed operation, save a lot of gas.            

Built-in quick transfer gate, capacity 12 liters (20 * 20 * 30 cm), can transfer 40 90 mm pans at a time, can be easily transferred into triangle bottles or homogeneous bags, height less than 185 mm triangle bottles or reagent bottles. The transfer gate is blown by N2 and completed smoothly within 60 seconds. The sample or equipment is transferred out or transferred into the workstation. The transfer gate adopts non-space hinged side-sliding inner door, and the inner door sealing ring adopts patent ring-shaped vacuum air bag. The air bag is pumped and inflated automatically by PLC controller, and the door is opened automatically.            

Transfer gate intelligent protection function: in the transfer gate internal incomplete nitrogen gas blowing, can not open the internal automatic door. When the internal door is opened, the external transfer gate can not be opened, and the external air can not be transferred from the transfer gate into the internal area of the instrument to ensure that the internal environment is not affected.            

A single dish transfer device can be installed to transfer all kinds of Petri dishes and small containers quickly.            

Automatic dehumidification control system, without user intervention, the instrument built-in digital humidity control unit, the use of patented design of semiconductor condenser to reduce humidity, humidity values are displayed on the control panel, even if the night off the air conditioning, still can control humidity.            

Control temperature range: +5 to 45 degrees centigrade at room temperature, showing accuracy of 0.1 degrees C, all at + 0.5 degrees.            

Gas supply: double bottle supply, pure nitrogen cylinder and anaerobic mixture gas, anaerobic mixture gas composition: 10% H2, 10% CO2, 80% N2            

Automatic gas overcurrent protection device, continuous intake for more than 5 minutes, automatically close the intake solenoid valve.            

Double fluorescent lamps and fluorescent lighting system with ventilation, with overtemperature protection function, up to 240 minutes delay shutdown function;            

Optional two built-in power outlets, socket power switch controlled by touch screen.            

Standardized data recording module can record the changes of temperature, pressure and humidity as long as 31 days, and can record all events related to the instrument. It can visually view the data curve on the screen. Optional data download function, with U disk download, file format can be converted to text format, can be opened by excel, easy to save or draw curves.           

 An optional built-in patent anaerobic indicator, using high-precision oxygen probe, can display oxygen concentration, can also be on the screen with three colors indicating anaerobic state, red oxygen concentration > 0.5%, yellow oxygen concentration between 0.1% - 0.5%, green oxygen concentration < 0.1%;            

It can be upgraded to a movable front panel. No tools are needed for disassembly and assembly. It is convenient for thorough disinfection and cleaning. It can quickly transfer samples into or out of the workstation.            

Built-in HEPA (High Efficiency Air Filter) is optional, and the internal environment cleanliness can reach ISO Class 3 (Class 1) standard.            

Working environment requirements: the working table requires a length of 1500 mm, width > 750 mm, ambient temperature 15-25 C, relative humidity < 70%, do not put under the air outlet of air conditioning.
