The MB3600-CH20 analyzer used a small number of standard samples to establish the standard curve. Various polyhydroxyl compounds with the same chemical structure and different OH values were mixed together to complete the annual standard at one time. Standard curves for 50 products have been developed, and the number of reference samples used is usually less than 100.            If a standard curve is needed after the analyzer is delivered, the customer can analyze the new reference sample by reference method and collect its NIR spectrum. After getting these spectra and standard values, ABB Bomem develops a new standard curve and wants customers to explain how to install and validate it.            Before delivery or in the first year after purchase, ABB Bomem will develop up to 10 standard curves for customers free of charge using up to 200 standard samples from customers.            MB3600-CH20 uses economical disposable glass bottles for sampling. The glass bottle is easy to sample and is directly inserted into the sampling annex for analysis. The analysis operation is carried out at constant temperature, and the temperature setting should ensure that the sample is in liquid state. The MB3600-CH20 analyzer can accurately reproduce the OH values of all products and other wet chemical tests of parameters included in the standard. The analyzer will not report the analysis results unless the product is included.            Because the product identification algorithm is adopted, the analysis error rate is greatly reduced. The MB3600-CH20 analyzer has a rugged design and a simple analytical procedure. It is suitable not only for use in equipment, but also for use in laboratories.

           Development of standard curve

            The MB3600-CH20 analyzer uses a small number of standard samples to establish standard curves. Standard curves for 50 products have been developed, and the number of reference samples used is usually less than 100.

           AIRS (Advance IR software) is installed in the MB3600-CH20 analyzer.  

          The software has four permission levels. Each level is provided with password protection function. The minimum usage level of AIRS is device operator, without training.            The software also has the function of selecting the analysis program through screen buttons. Each key represents a program name. In a particular analyzer, does the software provide the operator with the operational steps to say, operational instructions, and language input that can be used by the operator?

            The highest level operator can develop a complete analysis program through simple menu options. AIRS contains PLS and higher standard stoichiometric tools. All analysis results can be stored as log files, and can be browsed and viewed using common database tools such as report browser or Excel. 

           Why is MB3600-CH20 the best choice? 

           MB3600-CH20 analysis can be completely comparable to standard analysis.  

          A recent customer conducted a large-scale validation of the HOval analysis with more than 300 samples. The validation results show that the average deviation between the analytical results of HOval and the standard analytical method is - 0.09mg KOH/g, which can be neglected.  

          The standard curve of MB3600-CH20 is stable and reliable.

            All our HOval customers are still using the original standard curve, not focusing on how to build the standard.

            HOval can improve efficiency. 

           A well-known chemical company has always tried several of its chemical analysis equipment in one place, while other plants around the world use HOval analyzers, which are linked to the main laboratory responsible for standard curve development and validation via the Internet.

            The standard curve can be transferred to other instruments. 

           Nine calibration procedures developed using the HOval analyzer produced in December 1996 were transferred to more than one new analyzer produced in July 1998 without any modification or fine-tuning. Then, the accuracy of the analysis results obtained by two analyzers is within the confidence level of the standard curve (see table below). 

           HOval durable and reliable

            The HOval analyzer has been designed for three years without maintenance. After installation of the analyzer, all standard curves can be run without modification.

           Sampling in small glass bottles is safe, convenient, hygienic, and can avoid operator error. Each analysis takes less than 2 minutes and costs about 18 cents.
